The two programs will focus on using MFA's development model to fund the Knoxville (TN) Wind Symphony and the John's Creek (GA) Orchestra. The Knoxville initiative is being coordinated by Dr. Marshell Forester, who serves as the Music Director of the Knoxville Wind Symphony.
