My Current Merchant Services Contract Has An Early Cancellation Policy. Will I Be Penalized For Chamging Processors?

If your business choses to support this initiative through particiption, we can usually absorb ay "early cancellation" penalities associated with switching our merchant services account to our services.

Will I Have To Install New Credit Card Processing Terminals?

If you own your own terminals they can generally be simply reprogrammed. However, our program can generally provide new equipment at no cost if your credit card transaction volume exceeds $1,000 per month. You can then keep your older units as backups.

What Do I Need To Provide In Order To Receive A Rate Quote?

All that is needed is a complete copy of a recent merchant services statement (include all related pages for an accurate counter-quote). We can generally provide a competitive quote within 48 hours.

OK, I Have Received My Quote And Will Save Money With This Program. I Am Ready To Support My Charity By Participating. What Do I Do Next?

Simply fill out the two page application form and fax it to 888.597.1596 along with (a) a copy of a cancelled check for the business account your transaction revenue will be deposited into and (b) a copy of the required documents as indicated on the application. You're new contract should be prepared within 48 hours. After signing our agreement, your merchant services can generally be switched within two or three business days.

Is My Financial Contribution Tax Deductible?

Yes, subject to the requirements and limitations of Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, the contributions will be tax deductiable.

Can I Change To Whom My Donation Is Sent?

Yes, changes to your non-profit recipient can be made bi-annually.

Will I Receive A Year-End Statement From MICROFUNDEDART$ For IRS Reporting?

No, the non-profit you chose to donate to will isue this as is required by IRS ruling.
